Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, Quote, and Repair air tools and electric tools
  • Process Service Quotes and Orders in P21 ERP system
  • Calibrate air tools, electric tools, torque meters, and manual drivers
  • Learn to manufacture and test assemblies based on provided work instructions
  • Learn to modify standard ASG products used in unique applications
  • Perform R&D in an effort to trouble shoot persistent product inefficiencies

Required Skills and Experience

What will make a candidate successful:

  • Previous experience repairing air tools and electric tools
  • Experience with ERP software
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of electronics
  • Basic soldering skills and the ability to work with hand tools, drill press, and mini lathe
  • Commitment to excellence with a passion for improving the customer experience
